What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

If an item is missing, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by calling +374 44 776 778 or emailing [email protected], and provide your order number.

Whenever possible, please also attach a relevant photo showing the issue.

We will either replace the item or refund the amount paid.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

For card payments, the amount is refunded to the same bank card within a maximum of 14 days, although in most cases the refund is processed sooner.

Payments made by card are not refunded in cash.

For cash payments, the refund procedure will be agreed with you after the order details have been verified.

Return of Goods of Proper Quality

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia (RA Law on Consumer Protection, Article 23), goods of unsatisfactory quality may be returned or exchanged.

Goods of proper quality may be exchanged or returned provided that:

• the item has not been used,
• its original appearance and consumer properties have been preserved,
• all seals and product labels remain intact,
• a receipt, payment confirmation, or other relevant payment document is available,
• there is evidence confirming that the item was purchased from the respective seller.

Any costs associated with delivering goods of proper quality to the seller's location for the purpose of return or exchange shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
