Delivery Area
Delivery is available only within the city of Yerevan. For orders over 10,000 AMD the delivery fee is 1,000 AMD. For smaller orders the delivery fee depends on the distance to your address and is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. The minimum order amount is 5,000 AMD, excluding the delivery fee.
During checkout, the system verifies the address you provide. If the delivery service does not cover your address, you will be notified before confirming your order.
Delivery Hours
Orders are accepted every day from 10:00 to 20:00. Delivery orders are accepted until 19:00. An order placed after 19:00 can be picked up until 20:00, or its delivery can be scheduled for the next day.
The estimated preparation and delivery time is also shown during checkout.
If advance or scheduled delivery is available, you can select a convenient date and time window when placing your order.
Delivery Fee
The delivery fee is always displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
The delivery fee is included in the total order amount and is shown on the order confirmation button.
Receiving Your Order
Please make sure that the phone number provided with your order is reachable, as the courier may contact you upon arrival.
The order, as well as the risk of its loss or damage, passes to you once the order has been physically handed over.
If the courier is unable to reach you and the delivery cannot be completed for this reason, please contact us at +374 44 776 778. We will do our best to find a fair and convenient solution as quickly as possible.
